I took this picture yesterday when I was out… Spring time is such an amazing time for new life…

Ecclesiastes 3:11
‘He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.’

I am continually amazed at the beauty around me… the vibrant colors in nature… I can just imagine how much fun it would have been to create all of this….

Habakkuk 3:19 “The Lord God is my strength, and He has made my feet like Hinds feet, and makes me walk on my high places.”

I grew up in northern Minnesota- deer hunting was an important time of the year.. we ate venison all year long… it helped feed our farm family of 10 people. I love seeing deer-they have such a graceful way about them….

I have been going out to see these Sand Cranes daily for the last 8 days or so… It has offered me time to reflect on the beauty around me…. nature in all its glory. I am looking forward to seeing the eggs hatch and the new chicks brought into this world… I am hoping that they survive and are not taken as the Loon eggs were…

Titus 3:4-7 ‘But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared,  he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life.’

We were up north to see Liz (my sister) who recently had a stroke- also to see my Mom (she fell and hit her head a few days earlier)… we had a wonderful visit (still honoring social distancing- stayed in Ruthie’s camper). It was so good to see everyone…. family is such a blessing….

These twin calves are only a couple of days old… so full of life-and Mama was very protective 🙂
